You can return most new, unopened items within 8 days of delivery for a full refund.
We will also pay return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (you received a wrong or defective item, etc.).
You can expect your refund within four weeks of handing over your package to the return shipper, but in many cases you will receive your refund sooner.
This period includes the transit time we need to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days),
the time it will take us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it will take for your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you would like to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the 'Complete order' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item (s) button.
We will notify you of your refund via email once we have received and processed the returned item.

Reselling of personalized products is not possible.
If the fault lies with us, we make the product again if it is our fault, of course.
